Shipping Policy

Our orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, FedEx, and occasionally local carriers Monday through Friday. All shipping and handling charges will be paid by the buyer unless otherwise specified. Additional charges may apply depending on the product and delivery location. No shipments process on Saturday or Sunday. We do not ship internationally.

All free shipping promos are for the contiguous US only. AK, HI, and other territories will incur additional shipping fees. Please note, our shipping rates are based on USPS and UPS pricing. If you or your dealer prefers to use other shippers or would like to upgrade your shipping please notify us and we will give you the estimated adjusted shipping rates for your request.

Certain products, such as firearms and receivers, must ship to a licensed dealer in your state. Please contact our sales department if you need assistance in locating a transfer dealer. We require a signed copy of the transfer dealer’s FFL before shipment.

Be sure to retain all packaging and documentation. Tombstone Tactical cannot be held liable for the damage.

 

Inventory and Availability

Our inventory changes rapidly. While we make every attempt to make sure the information on our website is correct, Eight’s Armory will not guarantee that titles, pictures, or descriptions on our site are error free. We reserve the right to cancel any order including but not limited to orders for items with errors in the price or description. If an order is canceled, we will not charge the customer and we will return funds in full if payment has been sent.

If you would like to purchase an item that is not currently in-stock, a 10% deposit is required to secure your order. This deposit is non-refundable unless the item ordered is discontinued or cannot be acquired. Deposits may be transferred to another item if the manufacturer is unable to deliver the product to us in a timely manner. In the event of order cancellation, a restocking fee will apply.

Some products may have extended delivery times. A deposit does not guarantee the price for your order. In some instances, we do need to adjust the price if the cost for the item has increased. You are encouraged to contact our sales department for an approximate delivery date. Refunds are at our sole discretion.

All special-order deposits are non-refundable/non-transferable so please be sure the item you are purchasing is, in fact, the one you would like.

We do our best to keep our inventory as accurate as possible but unfortunately, an item may get oversold. If we can secure that item in a timely manner we will notify you of the estimated shipping time. If the item is not available time we will refund your order immediately. Please note, each bank is different as to how quickly your bank applies the funds back to your account. The refund could take anywhere from 2 to 7 business days to show on your account.

Prohibited Shipping Addresses

I will not request that ship prohibited packages outside the lower forty-eight states of the United States or to Massachusetts, Chicago, New York City, or any other area that is prohibited by federal, state, or local law. does ship to Illinois, New Jersey, and Connecticut when proper documentation is provided.

ALL FIREARMS MUST BE SHIPPED TO A VALID FEDERAL FIREARMS DEALER (FFL)

Eight’s Armory complies with all federal, state, and local laws that restrict the sale and transfer of firearms, magazine feeding devices, ammo, and other prohibited products.

It is YOUR responsibility to know the local and state laws which may prohibit or restrict your ability to purchase certain products that Tombstone Tactical offers for sale.

Under the Gun Control Act (GCA), shotguns and rifles, and ammunition for shotguns or rifles may be sold only to individuals 18 years of age or older. All firearms other than shotguns and rifles, and all ammunition other than ammunition for shotguns or rifles may be sold only to individuals 21 years of age or older.

Not applicable for California (unless Law Enforcement) or Massachusetts.

Alaska – No ammunition or primer shipments.

Colorado – No mags over 15 rounds.

Connecticut – No mags over 10 rounds. Certain firearms may be restricted.

Hawaii – No pistol mags over 10 rounds. No ammunition or primer shipments.

Illinois – Cook County (all cities): No guns, no mags.

Maryland – Handguns must be on the Maryland Approved Handgun List. No mags over 10 rounds.

New Jersey – No mags over 15 rounds. Certain semi-auto firearms may be restricted.

  • Firearms/Ammunition Identification Card: A current, valid, & completely legible
  • Firearms/Ammunition Identification Card must accompany ammunition orders for the first time. Firearms/Ammunition ID card can be submitted by email.

New York – Only shipped to locations approved by state and local law.
No mags over 10 rounds, Unless LEO.

Washington, DC – No guns. No mags over 10 rounds.

Eight’s Armory does not ship to APO or PO Boxes.

Refund & Return Policy

Warranty Information

Most new products ship with a full manufacturer warranty. All warranty claims must be processed directly through the manufacturer. Other products come as-is with no warranty. All warranties are through the manufacturer and not Eight’s Armory. Please contact us for more information.

Returns & Exchanges

All firearm sales are final once transferred, so please make sure you order the correct item. Once your firearm arrives at your transferring dealer, please inspect it thoroughly before completing the transfer paperwork. If there is any damage to the firearm, please contact us immediately and DO NOT complete the transfer paperwork. If you take delivery of the firearm and later find an issue, it will need to be sent back directly to the manufacturer for repairs. We will help you coordinate a claim if needed, but any warranty expenses will need to be worked out between you and the manufacturer directly. If the weapon is found to be defective while still at the dealer, we will get the weapon shipped back to us and do our best to replace the item, offer you an alternative, or issue a refund depending on availability.

If you have received a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately for assistance. All other returns, exchanges, or cancellations are at our sole discretion and may be subject to a 30% restocking fee. When exchanging an item, if that item is no longer available then a refund will be issued. Refunds will not be issued until we have received the item.

If we erroneously sent you the wrong item, please accept our apology as we do our best to ensure accuracy. If this does happen, please contact us immediately so we can quickly correct this for you. If this is a firearm requiring a transfer, leave the weapon with the dealer and DO NOT TRANSFER it into your name. Once it has transferred, we cannot accept any returns or exchanges. All firearm sales are final once transferred.
